CKC desires to love God and love neighbor to break away from and overcome the sinful social order with the Kingdom of God. We believe in the law of Christ that wins over corrupt organizations and selfish wills. The Cross reveals that Christ died to destroy the sins that rack this world with evil: religious bigotry, graft and political power, corruption of justice, mob spirit and action, militarism and class contempt.
Most importantly, we believe faith is as much about how we live as what we believe, thus we hold to Jesus' Sermon on the Mount as core to our beliefs for practice.
