Our pastoral and administrative leadership exists to give freedom, space, and resources for Community Kingdom Church in order to engage the social order by creating or participating in existing church programs, community development, and social programs.
CKC's ethos is that the church exists of the people so that all have a voice and place for participation. We encourage you to start or cooperate with a ministry within CKC church , our local community, or public sphere.
Our paid ministers exist to equip, give resources, create space for this communal development for social change. Everyone is paid on a sliding scale that so the janitor with two children makes as much money as the pastor with two children, but less than the community minister who has three children.
